Abstract:

In this research study, we present a novel frame work for handling bipolar fuzzy soft information by combining bipolar fuzzy soft sets with graphs. We introduce several basic notions concerning bipolar fuzzy soft graphs and investigate some related properties. We also consider the application of the bipolar fuzzy soft graphs. In particular, three efficient algorithms are developed to solve multiple criteria decision-making problems regarding social network, investment in shares and detection of bipolar disorder in children.

A robust aggregation operator for multi-criteria decision-making method with bipolar fuzzy soft environment

Molodtsov initiated soft set theory that provided a general mathematicalframework for handling with uncertainties in which we encounter the data by affix parameterized factor during the information analysis as differentiated to fuzzy as well as bipolar fuzzy set theory. The main object of this paper is to lay a foundation for providing a new application of bipolar fuzzy soft tool in ...

Novel multiple criteria decision making methods based on bipolar neutrosophic sets and bipolar neutrosophic graphs

In this research study, we introduce the concept of bipolar neutrosophic graphs. We present the dominating and independent sets of bipolar neutrosophic graphs. We describe novel multiple criteria decision making methods based on bipolar neutrosophic sets and bipolar neutrosophic graphs. We also develop an algorithm for computing domination in bipolar neutrosophic graphs. Key-words: Bipolar neut...

A New Multi-Criteria Decision Making Based on Fuzzy- Topsis Theory

Abstract— In this paper, a new extended method of multi criteria decision making based on fuzzy-Topsis theory is introduced. fuzzy mcdm algorithm for determining the best choice among all possible choices when the data are fuzzy is also presented. Using a new index leads to procedure for choosing fuzzy ideal and negative ideal solutions directly from the fuzzy data observed alternatives.in this...

Fuzzy multi-criteria decision making method based on fuzzy structured element with incomplete weight information

The fuzzy structured element (FSE) theory is a very useful toolfor dealing with fuzzy multi-criteria decision making (MCDM)problems by transforming the criterion value vectors of eachalternative into the corresponding criterion function vectors. Inthis paper, some concepts related to function vectors are firstdefined, such as the inner product of two function vectors, thecosine of the included ...

A Fuzzy Multiple Criteria Decision Making Method Based on Generalized Fuzzy Numbers and Power Average Operator ?

Fuzzy multiple criteria decision making (FMCDM) problem is an important issue in the field of decision making. Traditional weighted method is on the basis of disputed arithmetic operation and comparison operation on fuzzy numbers, the accuracy of decision is doubtful. In this paper, a new method is proposed to solve the FMCDM problem based on the generalized fuzzy numbers and power average oper...

Fuzzy multiple criteria decision making: Recent developments

Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) shows signs of becoming a maturing field. There are four quite distinct families of methods: (i) the outranking, (ii) the value and utility theory based, (iii) the multiple objective programming, and (iv) group decision and negotiation theory based methods. Fuzzy MCDM has basically been developed along the same lines, although with the help of fuzzy set ...
